Job Title: Process Engineer
Position: 1
Position Summary:
-
Reports directly to the Production Manager/Technical Manager.
-
Responsible for the safe operation of all production equipment on assigned lines.
-
Support and enforce all Plant and Section Safety Plans and rules.
-
Ensure all employees are properly trained in the safe and proper way to perform their assigned jobs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Ensure the correct formula, SOP, and packing materials for each production order.
-
Ensure that all phases of the process are closely monitored accordingly.
-
Resolve process abnormalities quickly and effectively to minimize negative impact on product quality.
-
Training operators to follow the quality guidelines in the operation, testing, and recording of the production quality.
-
Thoroughly document process requirements and parameters to ensure equipment is capable of commercial production implementation of SOP, including standardized work, workplace organization, quality, and packaging specifications.

Troubleshoot production lines and minimize machine downtime
-
Optimize the process from design to product launch and continual improvement to achieve production output and yield targets.
-
Support the trial runs for new product development, raw material evaluation, current product modification, etc., as needed.
-
“On-Call” whenever needed.
-
Maintain records and data for cost analysis, productivity, yield, and scrap usage and report to upper management daily.
-
Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Complete time studies to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and coordinate continuous improvement and production process refinement efforts.

Job Title: Production Analyst
Position: 1
Position Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze production performance
a. Evaluate system performance and outcomes
b. Ensure data input accuracy
c. Deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reports
d. Help improve operational efficiency
e. Work on production improvement projects as assigned
2. Data Management
a. Help key in daily production from all production sections
3. Inventory Analysis
a. Weekly and monthly packaging and raw material count
b. Monitoring the usage of the material
c. Scheduling the appointment with the vendor
d. Associate with headquarters and vendor to the order
4. Quality Control data and system analysis
a. Daily product quality control data entry and performance analysis
Qualifications:

Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering

Able to work with the team.

Able to work with large volumes of data and isolate essential relevant information

This position requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently and
under pressure. -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Job Title: Work Program/Student
Position: 2
Position Summary:
-
To gain exposure to US manufacturing processes as an Electrical/Process Engineer through a one-year internship program in a manufacturing environment.
-
To help produce the highest quality product that meets the customer specifications through safe equipment operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Plans and coordinates production procedures in the Industrial plant.
-
Directs production departments. Regulates and coordinates the function of the press area.
-
Introduces efficient production line methods.
-
Initiates and directs procedures to increase company output.
-
Any reports, such as budget, production, and/or downtime, as needed by the operations manager.
-
Work on projects as assigned by the operations manager.
-
Write reports concerning the status and/or updates of said projects.
-
Work on electrical components.
-
Adhere to all company policies.
-
Any other tasks as designated by the operations manager.
Qualifications:

Must be a current college student enrolled in the Electrical or Process Engineering
field. -
Fluent in English communication (both oral and written) required.

Good analytical skills are preferred.

Job Title: Technical Engineer Intern
Position: 1
Position Summary:
The Technical Engineer Intern position aims to understand and support production goals for assigned areas, address and find possible solutions to production and support department needs, and provide technical support to concerned Departments. Finally, the intern can gain knowledge about how a manufacturing plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Help Engineers with any jobs related to new process/product/formulation development and product quality assurance.
-
Help engineers improve existing process/product/formulation improvement projects.
-
Help engineers with the trial run process; collect data and samples of a trial run.
-
Learn and understand product specification, formulation, and quality standard setup.
-
Study and understand all raw material characteristics and properties, as well as raw material selection and qualification.
-
Collect and monitor Standard Operation Conditions (SOC) for future reference.
-
If necessary, help Engineers with process support and troubleshooting at production.
-
Carry out job duties and projects assigned by the Technical QA/QC manager or Technical Engineers.
-
Perform necessary tests for products on physical properties (i.e., trial run, daily production, customer, competitor, customer complaint sample). Analyzing the data and providing valuable information for future improvement.
-
If necessary, provide help on any issues related to improvement projects.
-
Write a quarterly report about the internship.
Qualifications:
-
Engineering degree; prefer a Chemical and Materials background
-
Engineer basic Knowledge such as General Chemistry, Physics, Organic Chemistry, Thermodynamics, Unit Operation, Chemical Kinetics, Polymer Science, Material Science, etc.
