Position Summary:

• This position will be tasked with acquiring information in assigned administrative areas and then formulating plans to create process improvement, process results, and streamline data capture and reporting practices.

• The position will require a focus on managing the process and creating the appropriate process and staff structure so that all tasks are completed accurately and are aligned with the overall company goals-expense management, census control, exceptional quality, and continuous improvement.

• The position can make decisions based on previous instructions and standing/approved processes (per site director or immediate manager).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be utilized to study the details of each respective administrative area within the Texas Administration department and then provide recommendations that would focus on obtaining process improvements in terms of efficiencies, procedures, expenses, and data management.

1. Analyze expense reports to understand department costs and recommend focus areas.

2. Study department processes, document the steps, and analyze. Recommend improvements in task management to create process and labor efficiencies.

3. Obtain and dissect performance data for the administrative departments such as Material Control, Trucking, General Affairs, and others and then assemble data reports that can be utilized to identify areas of improvement – both in the reporting function and actual department function.

4. Become familiar with certain aspects of the day-to-day activities of the various administrative departments and prepare reports identifying process flow and how the related process data is managed. Utilizing this information, propose possible improvements in flow and data management.

5. Obtain monthly department performance data and assemble monthly management reports for the Texas Administration.

6. Based on the performance data prepared in the monthly reports, work with respective department heads to formulate improvement plans in any areas where data reflects that improvement is needed.

7. Assist the team in efforts to streamline the acquisition of key data utilized in monthly reports and project analysis.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate.

• Advanced courses (1 – 2 years) related to Business or other related areas.

• Advanced degree courses geared toward Business and Manufacturing Management.

• Strong PC and administrative skills, desire to obtain higher-level responsibilities.
