(2)Applicants' interest in the Manufacturing (Must use this Form.)

(1)Cover Letter and English Resume(You must use the templates, and please study what a cover letter is.)

"Is the huge NET clothing store next to Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital likely to be profitable or operate at a loss? Please analyze why."
*Except for MBA students, to prevent confusion, please NEVER use acronyms (e.g., IBM, IM, or HCM) to express your affiliation or department because no one knows it.
Step 3. Prepare and save as PDF files
(1)Transcripts in English of current and previous degrees(英文版的碩士及大學成績)
(Master's students who were enrolled since the 2026 spring semester(2026年2月剛入學者), please include a list of courses you are taking now in this semester to show your ability.)
(2)Other references (including but not limited to a photocopy of a driver's license, TOEIC, TOCFL, IELTS, certificate of proficiency in English or Chinese, project report, research papers, or awards)

(2)Transcripts in English_[your full name].pdf
(3)Other references_[your full name].pdf
(4)The analysis report of NET Store_[your full name].pdf (applying for managerial positions only)
(5)Interest in the Manufacturing_[your full name].pdf (applying for Texas internship only)

Step 5. Upload your PDF files on the "Apply" page.
Step 6. Find a Referee
-
Ask your current thesis advisor, prospective thesis advisor, the Chairman, or your department Director to write an online reference letter for you.
-

-
Tell your referee he/she will expect an invitation in ONE week from Prof. Kao (Brian) to provide a reference. (一週後,高老師整理完收件資料後,會直接通知你的推薦人去線上填寫推薦信。並非你線上送出資料就會馬上寄通知信,並沒有這一段自動化程式,請稍安勿躁。)
-
Please fill in his/her name and e-mail address on the "Apply" page, and then we will ask for an online reference letter directly from him/her.
